Each item is made to order which means there is a no refund policy or cancellations.
If there is an issue with your order I must be contacted within 3 days of receiving orders. (Wrong size, mess up on order,etc.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, I will give you instructions on how to return. If it was a mess up on my end I will provide shipping, a mess up on sizing you must cover shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
My current processing time is 3 to 4 weeks (Business days are Monday-Friday and Holidays are not included as business days)
Please understand that it is up to USPS how fast your package is shipped to you. If a package is lost by USPS you must be in contact with them. I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS.
